The European Film Academy will review your application and will notify you within a month about the status.
Step 3
If approved, you will receive a link to complete your registration. You will be able to fill out your profile information and select a membership payment plan.

35 years old or younger
Applicants must be under 36 years of age and have received opening credits for their work on at least one feature-length (70+ minutes) cinema production (fiction, documentary or animation) and this film must have had an official screening in a regular, international section of a competitive FIAPF-accredited European film festival or been nominated by a national film academy

36 years or older
Applicants working in the creative fields of the industry including producers must have worked on at least 3 full-length (70+ minutes) cinema productions (feature, documentary or animation) and must have received opening credits for their work on these films. The Board of the European Film Academy decides individually on non-creative and institutional applications. Nominees or winners of European national film awards are eligible to become members.
The European Film Academy offers three fee payment options. You can set up your payment upon acceptance of your application.
